Welcome to our therapy group for Survivors of Suicide Loss. This safe and confidential space is dedicated to providing support and understanding as we navigate the complex journey of grief together. Losing a loved one to suicide can leave us feeling isolated and overwhelmed, but here, you are not alone.
In this group, we offer a nurturing environment where you can openly express your emotions, share your experiences, and find solace in connecting with others who understand firsthand the pain of this particular loss. Our aim is to provide a supportive community where each member can feel heard, validated, and supported in their unique grieving process.
Our sessions are facilitated by Licensed Professional Counselors (LPCs) and Associates (LPC-Associates) who are here to guide the discussions, offer coping strategies, and provide resources to help you navigate through the challenges of grief. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed by sadness, anger, guilt, or confusion, this group is a place where you can explore your feelings without judgment.
Confidentiality is paramount in this group, ensuring that you can freely express yourself without fear of your privacy being compromised. What is shared within these walls stays within these walls, fostering an environment of trust and safety.
Together, we can honor the memories of our loved ones, find strength in our shared experiences, and support each other as we heal and move forward on our individual paths toward healing and hope.
